Ice Wine

Finally! December 29, 2014 at eight o clock in the morning, with splendid winter weather and minus 11┬░ Celsius we did harvest our ice wine.

The quantity is very low. From initially 900 kg Pinot Noir just 300 kg were left after drying out. From this we yield 100 liters of grape juice with 135┬░ Oechsle natural grape sugar.
