Pinot gris grapes with approximately 100 Oechsle (measure of sugar) are dried during four weeks under the roof to the barn.
When pressed the grapes bring 155 Oechsle. The wine ferments in barriques from Tschäpperli oak. A beguilingly fruity, naturally sweet dessert wine with a harmonious acidity structure is filled into small 37.5 cl bottles.
